All two-stroke motor-cycles are prohibited from being imported into Bermuda. Four-stroke motor-cycles which have an engine capacity greater than 150cc (15hp/11.25kw) are prohibited from being imported except on authority, and in conformity with, the terms and conditions, of a permit from the Minister of Transport. Upgrade kits that enable the cubic capacity or hp rating of the motor of a four-stroke motor-cycle to exceed 150cc; or a two-stoke motor-cycle or auxiliary bicycle to exceed 50 cc are prohibited from being imported except on authority, and in conformity with, the terms and conditions, of a permit from the Minister of Transport.
